Are you as shocked as I am that it is already March of 2024?

Another thing that has me shocked is this statement I’ve heard from various women since I have been in real estate (going on twenty years!):

"I didn't know I could buy a house without a man.”

This sentiment has not quite died out.

Simultaneously, homeownership is up among single women.
