But what may draw a look of ire is the newly introduced state senate bill that already has a reputation of legally forcing professional or trade associations and organizations in Texas to look the other way when hate speech spews out of the mouth (or fingers) of an association member. What’s also troubling is that other states may copy parts of this bill. Let’s get into it:
